Speech for LP4Y Entrepreneurs' Day – March 6, 2025

Getting the chance to speak in front of trained young minds, ready to explore the world, was truly inspiring!

I was honored to be a guest at Life Project 4 Youth (LP4Y) Bangladesh on March 6, 2025, and to share my thoughts with the fresh graduates—young entrepreneurs who are the future of Bangladesh.

For my fellow social media friends, I am sharing my speech here, untouched.
A big thank you to LP4Y for the opportunity to connect with such energetic young minds!

Good afternoon, everyone!

It is truly an honor to be here today on this special occasion—the graduation of young entrepreneurs and LP4Y’s 16th birthday!

First, let me start by congratulating you. Today is not just a ceremony—it is proof of your resilience, hard work, and belief in yourself. You started a journey full of uncertainties, yet you never gave up. And today, you stand here, stronger, wiser, and ready to take on the world. This is a great achievement, and you should be proud!

I also want to take a moment to recognize the incredible work of LP4Y. For 16 years, they have been empowering youth, creating opportunities, and changing lives. Thank you for believing in the potential of young people and shaping a brighter future for them!

Today, I want to leave you with one thought—"Your Wish Can Change Your Life."

But let me ask you—what is a wish?

A wish is not just a dream. It is more than hope. A true wish is a force that pushes you forward.

Think about someone who had nothing but a wish.

Emmanuel Macron was not born into a political family. In fact, he was a banker and worked in finance before entering politics. When he announced his decision to run for president, many people laughed. “He’s too young.” “He has no political party.” “He won’t win,” they said.

But Macron had a wish—to change his country’s future.

And at the age of 39, he became France’s youngest president in history.

His wish changed his life.

At 65, most people retire. But Colonel Sanders, the founder of KFC, had a wish—to share his fried chicken recipe with the world. He was rejected 1,009 times, but he never gave up. Finally, his wish became reality, and today, KFC is in more than 150 countries.

His wish changed his life.

So, when I say “Your wish can change your life,” I don’t just mean dreaming big. I mean taking action.

So today, I ask you: What is your wish?

Do you wish to create a business? To help your family? To make a difference in your community?

Then don’t just wish—ACT!

Because when you take action on your wish, it doesn’t stay a wish—it becomes your reality.

As you graduate today, remember this: You are the leader of your own life. You have the power to shape your future.

Your wish, your determination, and your efforts—they can truly change your life.

Congratulations once again! LP4Y believes in you, I believe in you, and now—it’s time for YOU to believe in yourself!

Thank you!
