Arian Arif is the Founder and Executive Director of Mojar School, Odommo Bangladesh Initiatives . He is widely recognized as "Pothoshishuder Bondhu (Friend of Street Children) " across the country, as mentioned by Bangladeshi national daily. ( https://cutt.ly/Zem0Nck2 )

Arian Arif is a passionate development professional and visionary leader with a deep commitment to advancing the rights of children and youth, fostering sustainable practices, and creating social change. As the founder of Mojar School and Odommo Bangladesh, Arif has dedicated more than a decade to improving the lives of underprivileged children and youth across Bangladesh, driving initiatives aimed at education, empowerment, and long-term sustainability.

Arif's journey began in 2013 when he established Mojar School, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing free, quality education to children in marginalized communities. With a focus on children who are often excluded from formal education systems, Mojar School offers a unique blend of formal National Curriculum and non-formal education, technical skills training, and awareness programs. Through innovative education methods, Arif’s work has directly impacted thousands of children, empowering them to break the cycle of poverty and build brighter futures. The initiative has grown to serve more than 2,300 students across 23 branches in Bangladesh, with an active volunteer base of over 7,000 people working in all divisions of the country.

Beyond education, Arif's Odommo Bangladesh initiatives aim to address critical issues in the fields of sustainability, child rights, and youth empowerment. The organization plays a pivotal role in providing support for marginalized communities, promoting gender equality, and strengthening social development across Bangladesh. Arif’s leadership in this area focuses on the intersection of education, economic empowerment, and social justice, ensuring that every child and youth, regardless of their background, has access to resources, opportunities, and a pathway to success.

Arif's professional focus also includes advocacy for child and youth rights, where he actively campaigns for policy changes and programs that directly benefit vulnerable children, ensuring their voices are heard in both local and international forums. Under his leadership, Odommo Bangladesh has incorporated sustainable funding strategies, such as CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), zakat funds, and social enterprises, which further strengthen the organization's ability to maintain its operations and scale its impact.

In addition to his work in Bangladesh, Arif has become an advocate for global collaborations aimed at advancing the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals), particularly in the areas of quality education (SDG 4) and gender equality (SDG 5).
