On the 5th of every month, if it's an off day, our PMS Meeting (360 Degree Feedback System - Performance Management System) takes place on the 4th. In 2022, this meeting used to be on the 7th of each month, but I don't remember the dates from 2021.

The reason for the smiling face is that, like everyone else, we have had to fight to stay afloat during the COVID era, and we're still fighting. The reason for the smile is that, as a teach establishment, we have managed to coordinate the resources needed to ensure that we can guarantee what tools we need or need to develop.

We're not becoming a big establishment, but we're on the path. There are thousands of limitations, but there are also possibilities. We have achieved 100% acquisition based on our data, there's slow but steady growth, and we have a professional and strong team setup.

In the future, choices may come that can zero out all of this. In that case, the importance of this writing will not diminish. Because this acquisition is for this month, for October.

There was a time when the goal was to inform each member of the team about their responsibilities. It was necessary for them to believe in it as well. Now they know it, believe in it, and from this, acquisition has taken a bigger step forward.

We have learned from scratch, but there's no certainty that we won't fall someday. Mistakes will happen, setbacks will occur, but God gives the courage to  turn around but also the strength to stand tall.

প্রতি মাসের ৫ তারিখ, অফ ডে থাকলে ৪ তারিখ আমাদের PMS Meeting ( 360 Degree Feedback System‬ - Performance Management System ) হয়। ২০২২ সালে এই মিটিংটা প্রতি মাসের ৭ তারিখ হত, ২০২১ সালের তারিখ মনে নেই।

হাসিমুখের কারন হচ্ছে, করোনা কালিন সময়ে বাকী সবার মত আমাদেরও টিকে থাকার লড়াই করতে হয়েছে, এখনো লড়াই করছি। হাসির কারন হচ্ছে, একটি টেকসই প্রতিষ্ঠান নিশ্চিত করতে যে যে উপকরণ দরকার আমরা তার সমন্বয় করতে পেরেছি বা করার জন্য যা যা প্রয়োজন তার আয়োজন নিশ্চিত করতে পেরেছি বলেই মনে হচ্ছে।

বড় প্রতিষ্ঠান হয়ে যাচ্ছি না, তবে গুছানো হওয়ার পথে। হাজারটা লিমিটশন আছে, একই সাথে সম্ভাবনাও। আমাদের ডাটা ভিত্তিক ১০০% অর্জন আছে, ধীর বাট গ্রোথ আছে, প্রোফেশনাল এবং স্ট্রং টিম সেটআপ আছে।

সামনে নির্বাচন, কোন আঘাত এসে এই সব জিরো করে দিতে পারে। তাতে এই লেখার গুরুত্ব কমবে না। কারন, এই অর্জন এই মাসের, অক্টোবর মাসের।

একটা সময় পর্যন্ত গোল ছিল, টিমের প্রত্যেকে জানাতে হবে তাদের দায়িত্ব কি, সেটা তাদের বিশ্বাসও করাতে হবে। এখন সেটা জানে, বিশ্বাস করে, এর থেকেও বড় ধাপ হচ্ছে অর্জনও করে।

শূন্য থেকে আমরা শিখড়ে যাইনি, তবে কোন দিন যে যাব না তার নিশ্চয়তা নেই।

ভুল হবে, আঘাত আসবে, আল্লাহ যাতে শুধু ঘুরে দাঁড়ানোর সাহস দেয়, শক্তি দেয়।
