The Joy Bangla Youth Award ceremony for 2023 was a testament to this unwavering spirit, an occasion where two remarkable individuals stood tall as beacons of inspiration and hope.

I, Aria Arif, the founder of Mojar School, had the honor of witnessing the triumph of passion and purpose embodied by these exceptional youth icons: Sharmin Kabir for Wreetu and Mushfika Zannat Nishat for Sombhabona. Their names reverberate not only as award winners but as catalysts for change, especially for the aspiring girls and youth of Bangladesh.

In a country pulsating with potential, these two remarkable souls have channeled their energies into transformative initiatives. Wreetu, championed by Sharmin Kabior, has been dedicated to adolescent girls' awareness, employment, and social well-being for the past seven years. On the other hand, Sombhabona, nurtured by Mushfika Zannat Nishat since 2011, has fervently focused on enhancing the lives of street children, emphasizing employment opportunities, and empowering the youth.

I cannot help but reflect on the words that resonate deep within my soul:

As a small social entrepreneur working tirelessly for the street children of Bangladesh through Mojar School since 2013, I stand in awe of your commitment and drive. Spearheaded by key figure Mr. Prime Minister's ICT Adviser Sajeeb Wazed Joy and organized by Young Bangla, a platform under CRI (Center for Research and Information), this award celebrates and acknowledges the exceptional endeavors of Bangladeshi youth.
