                             Mojar School Regular Volunteer Monthly Meeting, February 2023, Session 1 was held on 10th March 2023, at the Mojar School office situated in Banani, Dhaka. The meeting was attended by 20+ dedicated volunteers and staff who had gathered to discuss the progress and challenges of their work over the past month.


                            The meeting began at 9 am, and all volunteers were promptly present. The session kicked off with a cup of coffee and biscuits to energize everyone before the presentations. Arian Arif, the Founder of Mojar School, welcomed all team members and presented the "Engagement and Improvement - Individual Volunteer Monthly Work Analysis Module," comprising 16 slides for all volunteers.

                            It was the second monthly regular volunteer meeting after the COVID-19 pandemic hit the country. The coordinators and regular volunteers shared their insights, challenges, and opportunities for street children in Dhaka. They discussed the positive aspects of their work, which helped them in constant growth.

                            After the meeting, all the volunteers took their lunch from a local hotel that was arranged by the office. The Mojar School Under The Sky (UTSMS) is a primary open-air school situated in six locations in Dhaka - Shahbagh, Komlapur, Sadarghat, Dhanmondi, Tejgaon, and Airport. The UTSMS holds classes weekly, once every month from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm.


                            The primary objective of UTSMS is to provide education to the underprivileged street children of Dhaka. The institute mainly recruits educational institute students who are passionate about serving the people of Bangladesh. The UTSMS operates entirely on a voluntary basis, with no registration fees or financial support from either side.

                            The team of UTSMS Monthly reached approximately 1050 students in six points. UTSMS have a strong reporting and monitoring system that helps in keeping track of the progress and performance of the volunteers.



                            In conclusion, the Mojar School Regular Volunteer Monthly Meeting was a significant event that highlighted the dedication and hard work of all the volunteers and staff involved in the project. Their relentless effort towards providing education to the underprivileged street children of Dhaka is commendable and deserves appreciation. The Mojar School and UTSMS project is a prime example of how education can make a difference in the lives of children and help build a better future for them.
